Help finding a horizontal (east-west) setting for a marquise

Hello to everyone!

I am looking for some ideas for a simple and safe horizontal setting for a 1.25ct marquise brilliant cut stone.
I saw a DeBeers award winning modern style piece I liked few years ago, but lost the picture
I am looking for a very simple and comfortable to wear solitaire. Could be even very modern style.

This was custom made, but the design is pretty simple and any jeweler should be able to make it.

Marquise is 0.76, D, VS2, about 9.5 x 5mm on a size 3 finger.

eta: apologies for the scary scaley hand!!!

My local jeweler created this peice. Beautiful I thought! but not the modern taste as you would like. The others are from Green lake

I think this is one of the prettiest modern ones. Love the clean lines of the bezel showing the edges of the stone instead of blocking it with prongs.
