From a round brilliant solitaire to a RB with pear sides

Beautiful rendition of a timeless classic. I love the way appropriately sized side stone balance out a large center stone on the finger.

I love a beautiful solitaire too but somehow they never look quite right on my finger hence my three stone ring!

Thank you Missy! I'm incredibly lazy to take pictures, I have to make sure my nails look semi decent and get my hands nicely lotioned. No matter how pretty the ring is if the hand is looking a bit rough it doesn't make for a great overall look and these pictures are here forever!

Thank you ricezo! I don't know what the dimensions of the pears are, I just went by how they looked. I went downtown to see DK a few times because I was waffling between pears and baguettes and he wanted me to see them both next to my stone in person. They are .34 cts each

Thank you athenaworth! I think pears (and baguettes too because I was contemplating those instead of pears) are a great way to add interest to a ring. One thing I've learned from Pricescope is to pay attention to proportions, whether its the mm of the band width, height of the center stone, size of your prongs and what you plan to pair the engagement ring with all these variables can make or break the look.

Hi SandyCheeks, yes, mine is 2.538c in YG with Platinum head, It is very classic and simple, and WF did a wonderful job...but I'm kinda wondering if I'm feeling like you described, just not wowed by it, and the thin band does a fair amount of spinning with my fluctuations so I'm thinking of changing, but-I go back and forth! Your ring is stunning, and I love the details! I have always loved pear stones and would have actually liked my stone to be a pear but my husband was all about "traditional" ring, it hadn't really occurred to me that I should do a 3 stone with pear sides! Too bad we can't just have interchangeable settings! Like one stone that we pop in and out of several settings, now that would be cool!
