I am in
with this precision set baguette wedding band. Baguettes are set east to west - might be a fun look.http://www.calvinsjewelry.com/Precision-Set-Band-p/pst.rg.0012.htm I even think that a thin plain band would look very good ![]() Congrats!

I really like the band that was posted with the baguettes and rounds. That is pretty!! I always thought I had to match the wedding band to the engagement ring, but it doesn''t seem to be that way any more. I also thought they needed to be soldered together. I notice that very few people have them joined any more. That makes it much easier for me to choose a wedding band.
This particular ring does not come with a band, so it''s totally up to me. I love that. I liked a band I tried on at ANGLO that was all rounds, but I need to see what else is out there that I might like better. It was suggested that I could just get a plain band too, but I am spoiled--I want some bling. LOL They said they could order me or make me whatever I want. Can''t wait to go wedding band shopping now! This is my 2nd and last marriage!! I want to make sure I get what I want this time. My first marriage, we went to one store and bought from what was there and what we could afford. This time my fiance and I went shopping at 14 stores. We wanted to see as many options as possible. It almost made it harder to choose. I was going to post a picture of a baguette channel set wedding band in platinum but a warning came up and said I couldn''t post something that points outside pricescope. any suggestions? |

Let me try it this way. I have not seen any like this in person only online or in flyers.
http://www.whitefirejewelry.com/item-Diamond-Baguette-Wedding-Band-sku-WF00112.html I thought this would match the baguettes in my ring. I don''t necessarily want them to go all the way around. I think it would be nice if they stop where they do on my band. Baguettes don''t sparkle like rounds do, so my salesgal said that I might want rounds. I tried the rounds and they sure do sparkle. I jus wonder if they will take away from the sparkle of my center diamond?? Does anyone have one like this? Have opinions on the sparkle? favor one over the other? thanks! |

I pulled out my GIA paperwork for my diamond so i could give even more details:
Carat Weight 0.73 carat Color grade I Clarity I1 Cut Grade Very Good Polish Good Symmetry Very Good Round Brilliant Measurements 5.63-5.69x3.63 Platinum 10 baguettes weighing .67 carats --total finished weight of ring is 8.37 grams Most of this means nothing to me! LOL |
