I'm engaged! FI popped the question on Sunday, putting my gorgeous sparkly where it needed to be..on my finger! The ring had been in hiding for 6+ months and it was an agonizing wait, but very worth it. I posted a thread when the ring was purchased with promises to share more when I had it on my finger for good, so here they are!

It's beautiful - I remember when you found it! The setting really compliments that stone IMO. It's still as gorgeous as it was then - best wishes for a wonderful life together!

alene- The wait WAS agonizing, but you're right, it was well worth it. My brain seems to have now completely glossed over it because I'm so overjoyed to be engaged to my perfect match and have a gorgeous sparkly to stare at all day long! Thank you!

MissGotRocks- Haha, thanks! During the wait I was starting to worry about not liking it anymore since I hadn't seen it in so long, that maybe I was mistaken in picking it out. But thankfully that's not the case, I love it even more now than I did when I first found it!!
