So, I am not really sure exactly where the white sapphires are from but my fiance got it done at a local jeweler here in Waco. They were great and we definitely expressed that we only wanted natural sapphires. The cost was about $1200 and it came with the band. Definitely a cheaper alternative to a diamond!
