Cartier Trinity Ruban Solitaire With Sapphire?

Apologies if this is the wrong place for this post and also for what are possibly rookie questions.

I've found the perfect ring...

...but I was wondering if it was possible to get Cartier to do it with sapphire instead of diamond in the center? I see Cartier "set for you," but the only options for stones are diamonds. If not, is it possible to buy the ring without the center diamond and have someone else put in a sapphire? Thanks very much,

Those are all questions for Cartier directly - I would certainly give them a call!

I am 99.9% sure Cartier won't sell their setting without a center stone in it. I do agree that you'd have to ask them if they'd set a sapphire.

Funny thing, I actually asked Cartier if I could purchase the same setting so I could reset my diamond in it and was told "No" - they only sell their setting with their stones. But I suppose you could see if you'd be able to purchase a sapphire through Cartier?
