While I'd like to think I can fit into my lovely black dress for my daughter's graduation, I believe I'm fooling myself. I like this suit and certainly want to wear the right thing.
Its important that I figure it out in the next oh.. week or so. If by some small miracle I lose some more weight, I'll have it fitted. |

Silly I guess, but she''ll only do this once (until she goes back to graduate school for her Masters  ).. I want to look pretty for her.Aw Monarch I really needed to hear that.. I''ve been so bad about my weight lately and feeling quite low. I hope its slimming, seriously. Penn you''re darling.. since we''ll be in Arizona, I want to shade my face from the sun.. the first ceremony is early and the second early evening.. so we''ll see. :) I''m a hat girl.. I was born in the wrong era, I swear. Oobie, the suit is from Spiegel! They actually have several outfits I love, but this I can wear for other events that are coming up, too. :) Super big hugs to you all xo |

Michelle, I''ve always thought you have a beautiful figure. I think you have the type of body many women would like to have whether you see it that way or not. I hope I''m not crossing any lines by saying that. The lines of that suit really will be conducive to your body shape and it is absolutely perfect for you in every way. Great choice!!! I love hats too...I never wear them because besides keeping my head warm in the winter I never have the occasion to wear them, but I love the fabulous finishing touch of a fabulous chapeau.

 Thank you so much!! How sweet are you all?!! So, I''m going to order this suit.. and use it again the following week for our SDPHA award dinner as well. I think its elegant and like its lines. I just hope it looks as good on as it does online. If I order now, and need alterations, I should be able to have it fitted before graduation. :) I wish I had a bit of color to my skin (thank Dad.. that Norse blood is not doing me favors right now. lol).. oh well.. maybe lotion with a bit of tint, hum? As long as I don''t turn orange, I''ll be good. ;) Big mushy hugs your ways!! |

Thanks Star :) Mer~ She''s at ASU. She''s also graduating from the Cronkite School of Journalism that evening.. did I mention that before? I''m a dork.. Anyway.. I really hate my pale skin tone.  Well.. I''m hoping it will all work out. If not, I''ll have time to return it. Right? Right!
