A lady came into the ER last night with a really cute jacket/Pancho.
It looked like a tasseled throw rug with a head hole and was really cute.
What are these called and who makes them?

I believe they''re called ponchos.

I haven''t seen them around in a while, but some department stores might carry them.

Definitely sounds like a poncho, they were big in the seventies when I was growing up.

"A tasseled throw rug with a head hole"????? As others have said, they''re ponchos and a throw back to the 70''s.

I see women wear them here, when it starts to turn cold. They look great with a turtleneck underneath.
