Umm...the side veiw does look a little large, my first thought was JR high girl in her big sisters sunglasses...however that could be becuase of the side view...do you have a direct face shot. I think that would be more accurate. JMO.

if you love em, keep em! honestly i have the hardest time finding sunglasses i feel look good on my face with various hairstyles, so when i do find something i love, i snap them up...!!

I think you answered your own question when you explained that you were so excited about them that your fi whipped out his wallet! I''m guessing they prob. look great! Although I do think we need a front shot so we can fully appreciate some beautiful Chanel sunglasses And I bet, eventhough they are big -they are prob. the most comfortable sunglasses ever (I am so biased - I own Chanel sunglasses & I just love them!)

BTW - you totally tricked me for a split second with the bag comment! Do you have any specific ones in mind you are lusting over? I have a cambon in black on black (that''s what''s in my avatar) & a reissue with black tweed. Yum!

Oversize sunglasses are the "in thing" this year and I think those are absolutely gorgeous!!!  There is nothing like Chanel.

I like them, but can you post a front view?  you can cover part of your face if you want, but it''s hard to tell how big they really are without a front view.
