If you're breast feeding you need to make sure you're fulfilling your nutritional needs--both for you and your baby. I read somewhere that even if your weight fluctuates, your finger size shouldn't change that much. Maybe half a size or so. Before I got married and gained 50 freaking pounds, I was a size 6.5-7.
