Okay... so all the experts out there wouldn''t not pull the trigger becuase of this alone. Thank you. You say it is prone to chipping... is there a way to set the diamond that it is less likely to chip ot os it just a fact of life? |

Thank you for taking the time to reply.... I guess that begs the question of how close to the corner does it need to be to become an issue? If it was closer to the corner would that increase the odds of it expanding? |

At what point does a princess cut become a rectangle? How many millimeters difference can the naked eye notice? 6.92 x 6.53 x 4.66 1.70 Will it look like a rectangle or a square?!?!?!?!? Please help!!! |

Bad Girdle Thickness? Should I care?
I understand what girdle thickness is, but I am unsure as to how much it should affect the cost of a princess cut diamond. Very thin to very thick (considered avg.) and Extremely thin to extrmely thick (considered below avg.) Is it really a big deal? Should I shy stay away from diamonds ... |
