Hi Charmy, are you able to see the split head-on? Or just the single row of pave after the split?

DS, would you mind elaborate a bit? What's about the PA of the last stone that can be a problem? And what is the advantages/disadvantages of the first stone?

The stones are from a local vendor who doesn't provide IS images but my friend definitely can go and see them in person. Any advice on what to pay attention to when viewing the stones in person?

Btw, the inscription says "H&A" but I assume it doesn't mean it's graded by GIA as "H&A"? Right?

Opinion on RB

Hi PS experts I'm a long time member but seldom post. A friend of mine is looking for a RB for his upcoming proposal (date not set yet) and wants my inputs on some of the contenders. There are 4 but three of them didn't score well in HCA. This one scores 1.9 in HCA so would probably worth looking at...

Re: Help - What do you think of this antique cut cushion?

Have you seen treebean's Leon ring with an M AVC?

http://www.pricescope.com/forum/show-me-the-ring/gog-avc-meets-leon-mege-my-ring-is-here-t143140.html

And are you sure there's a >2k difference between the L and the H? There's only less than 1k difference from what I've noted down.

Hi there~ The shop is called Wah Mei Jewellery at Sheung Wan. It is across the street from Cosco Tower, a few shops next to "Chan Yee Chai" the Chinese snack shop. It is not a shop you would go if not by referral, coz the stuff they have are mostly for grandma. But if you have stuff custo...

Hi Kiki,

Congrats on the gorgeous set! I LOVE delicate pink!

Would you mind sharing the name of the jeweler and the rough price point for the settings? I agree that it would have costed much more in the States.

Re: Any Qs / interest in China-HK market & engagement tradit

Hello I'm from Hong Kong, born and raised here, so I guess I may be able to shed some light over some of your questions about the engagement/wedding traditions in HK. About the engagement and the e-ring: 1) From my personal observation, the proposal is almost always a surprise for the fiancee. I've ...

Re: Stone set by LOGR? Anyone?

Yes, I'm in HK. Somehow I just assume I'll get lucky with sending the stone given the relatively short distance. The shipping cost would be quite affordable compared to sending from the US. LOGR didn't guarantee that they won't damage my stone. But if I pay, say $10 for mounting, they'll give me bac...
