Re: Old Europeans - help me chose?

I would also pass on that EBAY stone, too many visible inclusions for my taste. I find that IRL that may inclusions (to me at least) makes the stone look constantly dirty.

Re: unpopular jewelry opinions

I would rather a big glowing untreated Burmese ruby in a native cut over just about any perfectly cut ideal branded diamond I can think of.....yep. now it's out there.

Re: What do I do now?

I would ask the vendor if it is eye clean-those black inclusions look like they would be visible, everything else looks good

Re: help with cuprian tourmaline

Leons email was very brief : "10 x 8 mm Not certified. Treatment in Paraiba cannot be tested. This is not a sapphire. Nobody in the world can guarantee that Paraiba was not heated. If they do, they lie. Please see below" I personally like the colour, I was expecting it to be heated as all ...

Re: help with cuprian tourmaline

Ok I'll pass on that one. I'm after a bright neon colour

Im sure anything from leon will be out of my budget

Size wise - if it's a cab then I'm looking at least a 7 mm round up to an 10 x8 oval
And about 8 mm if it's a faceted stone

Budget wise under 4k
