I have the Crest one as well. It works great. The basket may have too big holes for some things. Easy fix. Just buy bigger rocks or use a tea ball.

OK, some more looking around and test drives. The new Toyota Highlander just came out and it’s much bigger than the old one and has a third row seat. However, the really jacked up the price and it doesn’t come with memory seats. At over $40K equipped the way I want it and no memory seats or mirrors ...

OK, so got back and started to narrow things down. Took a look at the Hyundai Veracruz. It''s a nice vehicle and well built, but it really didn''t wow us. I think it''s on the back-up list for now. The Buick Enclave is actually a very nice vehicle with loads of storage and passenger space. Has capta...

Seems like the MDX is popular. It''s probably the favorite right now. To answer some questions: Had a van before the MDX. Although the Sienna and Odyssey are the most practical things out there, we just prefer something else. I looked at the X5 and even though it''s bigger, it''s still a bit cramped...

Which would you rather drive and why?

OK folks, it''s been awhile, but what better audience to ask this question. I am currently shopping for a replacement family hauler that my wife will drive 90% of the time. She currently has a 1st generation Acura MDX. I need to narrow it down to a few and then have her decide. I want something some...

There is really no clear cut right or wrong answer to this question. In the size you are looking at DLPs are rear projection, LCDs both flat and RP and plasmas are flat panels. Rear projections (RP) are becoming less popular due to size viewing angle and other negatives as FPs become cheaper. What i...

OK, some more reasonable priced wines this weekend. A NZ sauvignon that I probably kept too long, a Beringer 1997 Knights Valley Cab and a 2002 Conundrum. The Beringer was OK, I've been spoiled recently. Conundrum was a nice summer white.
