Re: more wedding band hunting for the FI
Have you checked out E-Wedding Bands? Maybe they can make something like this in gold: http://www.e-weddingbands.com/store/product168180.html.. They'll customize most anything and are really great to work with. |

Re: A Cut Beyond from ERD, thoughts?
The stone is no doubt very beautiful, but I'd personally get a bigger one (~1.25 ct.) with lower color and clarity specs (~H, SI1) for the same price. |

Re: 5.14ct H VS1Cushion Brilliant - please give me your thou
Judging by the one picture, I would pass. It reminds me of my diamond (albeit mine is much, much smaller) -- in certain lighting, a band of all white or all dark facets runs across the middle. I would not want that quirk in a 5+ carat diamond. |

Phoenix, I came across this one with a beautiful cut: http://www.betteridge.com/betteridge-10.18-carat-round-brilliant-diamond-engagement-ring/p/6820/ The J is probably too tinted for you, but that pattern is gorgeous. Re: Describe this woman's face in words.
First word that comes to mind is taut. I feel conflicted because if I say something negative, then I'm tearing her apart. If I say something positive, then I'm perpetuating an over-photoshopped, unrealistic, unachievable beauty ideal. |
