He has always drank and smoked, but recently he had been drinking way to much all the time and smoking like a fire... and I believe he may be using pot as well... he was distant and unemotional, and then one night he blew up at me, and I don't tolerate that behavior. I need to come up with a new venue! only have 7 months... My cousin, who just got engaged, loved my idea of using the local Verteran's Hall for a reception, and then booked her date just 7 weeks before my weeding.... So it's back to the drawing board... I need a place that is unique (in a small town... |

So I'm feeling completely overwhelmed... I've been working out (spinning class and a water boot camp) and I'm gaining weight like crazy!!! I will admit that my eating habits could be better, but they aren't that bad (I don't eat fast food at all) and I eat veggies and fruit.... I'm trying like crazy... |

We have decided that we will have our ceremony in the church where he grew-up, and for the reception I would like to have it at the Veterans Hall (my dad and mom are both members so we get a discounted price!), but we aren't going to make any final decision... |

What comes first?
What was the first thing you did to start preparing for your wedding? I can't even decide where I want to have my wedding, making it hard to decide other aspects... Is a venue (for both ceremony and reception) the first thing you did? |

Getting rid of the old...
I finally have listed my previously bought wedding dress (from a previous engagement) on PreOwnedWeddingDresses.com  It feels really good, and I'm hoping that I get someone who would like to buy it!!! An extra few hundred bucks in my account would be really nice!

Bridal Faire
So yesterday I went to a Bridal Faire with my little sister. It made things more real... It was fun, but man, I'm going to have to take out loans to put on a wedding.... Things are so expensive... $2-5k for photos... |

I went and joined the gym this afternoon!! I'm very excited to start my wedding weight loss journey! I don't expect much as I've never been a 'small' girl but if I lose even 15 pounds by October that would be great! Wish me luck! |

THANKS!!! We are looking into a LizC Buttercup setting (that's on Diamondbistro), white gold with a rosegold 'prong' (I think that's the terms I'm supposed to use). Anyways, I'm pretty sure that it'll look fab!!! |

we kind of tell people now, it's not really a secret, but he tech hasn't even talked to my dad yet... so... and we are not announcing until our ring is done... I was hoping to get it done before the new year, looks like that isn't happening... |
