Re: Peach engagement ring suggestions

shape, color I like 1 and 2 the best.

Face up size will look identical almost (you are paying more/ carat weight on the second) seeing in person will help you figure out which one you like the best.

Any enhancements done to the 2nd stone?

Re: Help me choose between these 3

option 1, great stone, budget wise and I like my arrows a little fatter (my personal preference) although too bad option 3 is a little hazy :nono: - BUT who needs strong fluoro in an D E F stone anyways?

Re: Are "spready" diamonds good or bad?

don't knock out diamonds in the 2 range... I've seen too many good diamonds to totally reject diamonds in the 2 range. Further evaluation is needed like this

Re: Still looking...opinions please

based on your last few comments and threads.. I feel that you want a round with bolder flashes, smaller table.. and of course super well cut.. Sounds like one of GoG's AVR might work for you? and in that vintage/antique type setting this diamond would sit beautifully.. It is a K however,,, you might...

one picture doesn't tell the whole story of fancy colored diamond... you're splitting hair... all ACA super ideal... the color might be a factor as AGS is somewhat not as stringent on color as GIA is but cut is all amazing.

Re: Still looking...opinions please

very pretty ring and substantial. I will say that you will definitely notice a size difference even with a 2.5ct and to double halo that will be one really blinged out finger.

Not sure what your budget it, but this is a better J (cheaper if wired) size is not noticeably different, but the impact of the cut will be a better performer.

Re: I need help. Is my diamond diameter too small?

your pavilion angle is what is causing the HCA score unfortunately which causes some leakage here. I don't mind the crown actually BUT again your pavilion has to work with the crown angle.

ETA: your crown angle could be lessen just a wee bit like I said maybe down in the 34 range

look for another diamond. Use this HCA tool to help you reject some poor performers http://www.pricescope.com/tools/hca under 2 preferably... Sometimes in the 2 range is pretty and I don't knock those down at all but you will need more evaluation done. The diameter on your stone is not bad. if you w...

Re: How about this one from White Flash 3.07 AGS 0

Very Pretty!

med blue fluoro-no, it will not be oily/milky. Very few will see this, and it has to be VERY Strong Fluorescence to be oil/milky and even then most Diamonds will not exhibit this attributes.

Re: Please help, is this Zales engagement ring a good buy???

I just don't think that a K color stone is going to look a lot whiter because of fluorescence because one isn't in UV lighting all that much, and a K princess in a halo is going to show the tint. Plus, to be honest, that last stone posted has black globs in it. Some people aren't too bothered by so...
