Mayk, I am so glad that you decided to keep your emerald! I have always loved it. The reset is stunning, it is amazing how such minor alterations in design can change the feel of the entire ring. :appl:

One more (can't seem to be able to add more than one pic at a time from my phone) I saw your ring on Jewels by Grace's IG account a few days ago and was wondering who the lucky owner was, I am so happy it was a PSer! Congratulations ksmom, it is a stunning cushion and the setting shows it off perfe...

Re: Pendant advice

I vote for a halo! A halo gives a pendant a great presence. In fact, I am currently having a halo pendant made. Jewels by Grace is setting my 5.8mm OEC into an antique style halo that similar to these earrings.

Re: Shameless Showoffs: Show Me Your Bling!

My two favorite pieces at the moment - my new 1.52 ctw OEC three stone from Jewels by Grace and my 1.85 ctw brooch to bangle conversion.

Re: Conversion pieces

Thanks, Jimmianne and ihy138! What are the measurements on the brooch? Depending on the size, it might be possible to turn into a ring. If it is too big for a ring, I think a pendant or bangle would be great options. For me, I found a bangle to be more wearable on a consistent basis than a pendant, ...

Re: Conversion pieces

I highly recommend contacting Jewels by Grace. I had a brooch with missing onyx that I wanted converted; they did a great job custom cutting the onyx and converting the brooch!

This. My ring size fluctuates greatly between seasons. During the hot, humid summers here in Korea I wear an 8-8.25. During winter I can go down to a 7.

1. Out of the two stones you are looking at, I prefer the larger L transitional. I think the faceting is beautiful! 2. I LOVE rose gold, but I would probably go for unplated white gold. Rose gold is beautiful, but it will usually make the diamond look more tinted. If you want to incorporate rose gol...

Re: Gross Foods... that aren't Typically Gross

Onions. I hate onions. Oddly enough, I don't mind using onions for flavoring in recipes and then removing them before I eat the meal. I just can't stand eating them. I don't like avocados at all, I've tried them a few times and have never been able to get what everyone likes about them. Beans. Ugh. ...
