Re: My daughter is in labor, new grandbaby late tonight?

It took a little longer than anticipated when the doctor told them in the next hour or two, but my newest grand daughter was born last night. We got the email about 11:30 our time which was 10:30 their time. All it said was "Baby girl Lin has arrived. Mother and baby doing well. Will send pict...

Re: What are your tricks and tips for surviving long flights

I found this pin on Pinterest this morning~ I am definitely going to do this. I just have to find the right bag pattern. Here is the pic. It is from Pattern Pile. It is a tutorial on how to make a travel smart pocket for your next bag-by Nancy Zieman If you can't or don't sew, here's a similar opti...

Re: What are your tricks and tips for surviving long flights

Valium or Xanax. For our honeymoon we flew from Chicago to Oahu and I slept almost the whole flight. It was a dream, but the plane was also big and cushy. Our flight back was hellaciously awful and no amount of booze or drugs could have calmed me, in part due to the douchebag in front of us the enti...

Re: Problem with 5 day old James Allen platinum setting

The scratching seems excessive but you didn't tell us what wear and tear is normal for you. My main concern is less that and more that photo that does look very not-level.

Re: What's fir supper?

A medifast friendly Taco Bake was dinner last night and it was SO DAMN GOOD I burned myself taking the bite right out of the oven. Im not sure yet for tonight, it depends what is thawed the best. It could be leftovers of Taco Bake though if nothing is thawed, or burgers without a bun.

Re: Abercrombie & Fitch CEO Explains Why He Hates Fat Chicks

Aside from this guy's jerky delivery of his message, I was wondering what you guys thought about places such as Lane Bryant? I posted the A&F story on my Facebook and one of my friends pointed out to me that Lane Bryant specifically targets full-figured women, only selling size 12 and up. So is...

Best is relative. The highest clarity grade there is would be FL, which is no internal inclusions and no external blemishes. An internally flawless just means no internal inclusions were visible to the grader.

Re: Tacori Emerald Cut Reworked To Sit Flush With Wedding Ba

Well, other than the fact that he almost certainly totally voided your warranty with Tacori, if you're happy with it, great. It is not a method I would have probably gone with though to make the flush fit work. I would've asked Tacori to raise the head entirely.

Re: Any Qs/Interest in 2013 Chinese Diamond Market & Traditi

What is popular there now style wise?

I know there was a big leaning towards DEF-FL/IF/VVS stones as well at the cost of cut quality, is that still going strong or is cut quality offsetting that a little?

Re: Tiffany Solitaire Comparison

Tiffany's selects / cuts stones fairly deep. They lose a lot of the spread (diameter) they should have for their carat weight, so you pay for a 1.5 carat stone and it's really the size of a 1.35ct stone. For the price, you can do SO much better than Tiffanys.

I think smaller stones, on an angle, will help significantly. The more delicate the halo is, I think the more you're going to like the look.
