Re: Please help if this is "well cut"
Hi All- I don't know a TON about diamonds but I was just about to put a deposit on this ring. By asking if its 'well cut' I just wanted to make sure that it wasn't cut poorly that it will appear a lot smaller than it really was and also that it catches light by being sparkly. Initially, I was just t... |

Re: Please help if this is "well cut"
Hi Kenny, I am having a hard time understanding the HCA tool results that I pulled myself. Can you please help explain more? Does this mean the diamond will not be as sparkly? Will it appear smaller than it is? What exactly does the 3.5 score mean? Thanks again! |

Re: F IF vs G VS1
Great! Thank you...that's what I thought all along. To be honest, I didn't even consider F and IFs because I would have had to go significantly lower on size + pay more premium on the price. As for the dimensions, I don't have it yet. Still waiting to receive it. Will follow up. Thanks again! Actual... |

F IF vs G VS1
Hi All, Would appreciate some more insight on this topic....I looked at 2 round brilliant stones this weekend (still awaiting GIA). One was 1.12 F IF a lil bit outside my price range and the other was 1.19 G VS1 both triple excellent. However, I noticed the F IF looked significantly larger than the ... |

Thanks, guys. I have not seen the pics or actual stone and will have to wait a few more days. Can someone help me with the measurement portion? I know my gf really liked the size of a 1.35carat she tried on but since this is 1.29 I figured it will be close enough. Is this something you guys can conf... |

Carat Size Question
Hi All, I have been in search of a round brilliant H VS1 1.35-1.4 ring for awhile now. My jeweler currently found a 1.29 H VS1 round triple excellent ring at a great price. I am almost ready to commit to this but would like your opinion on the size. My gf prefers (based on what she's tried on) 1.35-... |

Price Negotiation
Do places like Tiffany, Cartier and De Beers offer price negotiation on what they initially quote you? I found a beautiful ring but is right at the max of my budget prior to tax. I do not want to ship it tax free out of state either. Thanks. |

Re: F or G Color?
Hi Lomi, Thank you for the reply. You are right. Your ring looks beautiful. It is a difference of going from 1.2-1.4. Re: Too Good to Be True Price
Hi All, Thank you for the prompt response. I will get a copy of the GIA but it is a VS2 due to one small inclusion right at the center of the diamond. Too Good to Be True Price
Hello, I have received a price quote for a 1.7 round brilliant F VS2 Triple Excellent ring for $18k.
