I found that the HCA is very consistant with what you will see in the i-scope. Also, with the naked eye it is easy to to tell the difference between a stone that scores a 3.4 and one that scores a 0.6. If the stone was enhanced before it was graded it should show up on the cert as far as I know. That doesnt mean it couldn''t have been drilled or enhanced after the cert. If the stone was drilled you would be able to tell under a microscope, (or your appraiser should find it), other kind... |
