The bill says they are 7.5 to 8mm and finished length is 35 inches. I am out of town so I haven't paid for them yet. |

 Well, shoot.I have two ropes, one without a clasp the other three clasps. I don't like seeing the clasps so I don't wear it. I am going to take it apart and remove them. If you come up with something that doesn't show much please tell us. |

I don't know where you purchased them and there is no universal grading system. That being said Tahitians many times are more satiny and only higher quality will have a glossy luster. Yes, they appear dyed. The seller may have been avoiding your question or was telling you they were natural pearls not faux or shell pearls. Many companies sell dyed pearls, as long as the dye doesn't come off and discolor your clothing they should last a while. |
