I practice Bikram Yoga regularly. I used to be a runner, and was always getting hurt (my own fault for not training properly), so I got into Bikram Yoga. That was over 2 years a go and I haven''t gone running much since. It has helped me a great deal with flexibilty, weight loss and I sleep better. ... |

Kitty introductions take time and should be gradual. Keep them separate for now and introduce them slowly. They will hiss at each other through the door but it''s ok. Take a rag or towel, and rub one kitty with it, and put it in the other kitty''s room. And vice versa. ... |

Like Appletini, I love hot yoga and practice Bikram Yoga. It''s challenging, b/c of the heat, but I feel great afterwards. Not as anxious, I sleep wonderfully and it has helped with weight loss & even strength training. I enjoy it so much, I even took a job working some weekends at a Bikram studio. ... |

Introducing new kitten/cats to current cat
Hi all, I just adopted a new baby almost a week a go. I posted her pic on the "No Dogs Allowed" thread but also was wondering if maybe some of you can help me out. The introduction process has been a little stressful for me and my older cat too, I''m sure. Meadow is 3 yo and my new... |

Good luck, Shay! You can do it. I am 5yrs. smoke free. The patch helps too, btw. Again, good luck. It was the best decision I''ve ever made. I feel 100 times better.

I think $50 is a nice reward. Something similar happened to me. I left my wallet in the back seat of a cab, while I was living in NYC. Ugh. The nice man who found it called my credit card company, who called me at work with his contact info, and everything was fine. http://www.pricescope.com/idealbb... |
