Re: PS Mommy Thread-Newborn to 12 months!

Allie- check the flow of the nipple. Is it too slow? We had a similar issue with N, but he would actually finish the bottle (was just a bit fussy/frustrated doing it!). We kept him at the slow flow nipple WAY too long because of his reflux- our bad. Hello to all the mamas- i've been lurking lots lat...

Re: PS Mommy Thread-Newborn to 12 months!

Mere, I was HORRIFIED that he got pink-eye. good thing we caught it super-early. the doc wasn't even 100% sure that was it as his eyes weren't really even pink and bloodshot, but they were crusty/mucousy so he went with that diagnosis. there wasn't a case reported at his DC, so we don't think he got...

Totally agree with Baby Cheapstake's 10 best baby products of 2010:

The only items we don't have are the 2 carriers (but am tempted by the Ergo...)

Re: PS Mommy Thread-Newborn to 12 months!

I'm loving all the pics! What cuties! And welcome to all the new mamas I've been MIA and lying low the past couple of weeks, but have been reading and sending good vibes to all. My father passed away earlier this month so I've been grieving and spending time with family. Christmas was bittersweet- I...

bleh on the peas- I'm also not a fan. DH jokes that N will be just like his papa and love them!

Here's another pic, just for you Lulu. I'm limited by what's stored in my phone, but this is a cute one from last week- N playing with his latest toy, a crinkly lion

I'm just in a funk I guess. I cherish the time I have with him and am able to enjoy it despite my anxiety but, when I'm not distracted by playing with him, it's bad. I've basically been walking around with a lump in my throat and on the verge of tears for the last several days. The drive home from ...

Micah finally seems to be drying up. Poor thing, he's been super snotty and sick for almost a week now. Re: PS Mommy Thread-Newborn to 12 months!

TGIF I survived last week at the IL’s and this, my first week back full-time at work is almost over! I can't believe it's only Tuesday... My IL's are lovely people, but they live in the middle of nowhere PA. Th...

Re: Baby Nurseries!

This is the little "cubbie" area in the corner. We think it used to be a closet.
I call it the "white corner" as the changing table, glider, and bookcase are all white- it was deliberate as none of these pieces will remain long-term
The ABC poster is in english

Re: Baby Nurseries!

I'm thrilled to share N's nursery. You may recall that we moved into our new home when he was 2 days old, so getting it together wasn't exactly priority until around September (at 3 mos) when we began to think about moving him from our room. It's totally presentable , but there's two things that I s...
