Looks like it is listed as a round when it should be listed as a cushion cut.

Blank measurements because they don't have the stones and certificates in house.

If there is any stone you'd like to inquire about, just give them a call. They are very helpful!

You're looking at Virtual Selection stones.

If you want to look at just the stones Whiteflash actually stocks, tick the box that says 'In-House' on the search page.

That will bring up only the stones WF has vetted and those with light performance data available.

Thank you for bringing this error to our attention. This listing is from our virtual selection category, a large collection of diamonds owned by dozens of suppliers that provide basic data to us about their diamonds. Because we are not in control of the diamond or the information, the accuracy of the listing is dependent upon the supplier. Errors do occur, as do situations where the diamond is not available for one reason or another.

That is why instead of representing the diamond as available, we ask the customer to "call for availability". This gives us a chance to review the information and to ascertain availability so that we can advise the customer correctly, set expectations properly and to explain our process.

Offering virtual inventories is very common - more and more companies are doing it. Putting a diamond up for sale online is the easy part! But it has unique challenges. To provide a complete level of customer protection, it is our policy to do a full gemological evaluation on each virtual diamond that we bring in. This includes light performance imaging. In the final analysis, every customer that we service, whether they choose something from one of our three in-house categories or a diamond from our virtual category, receives the same comprehensive package of diagnostics and information on the diamond they are purchasing from us.

It is not uncommon for us to find issues with virtual diamonds that result in either our sending it back to the supplier straight away (scratches, chips, mismatched certificate), or lesser issues that are discussed with the customer such as a diamond represented by the vendor as eye-clean but does not conform to our strict definition of that term, issues with hearts and arrows patterning, bowties in fancies, etc.

Anyone purchasing diamonds from merchants who do not have the diamond in-stock should understand these challenges and make sure that procedures are in place to verify all information and fully protect their interests.
