Why are these two diamonds so much cheaper than others?

Hi all, I've been looking for a beautiful diamond for my GF's engagement ring and I came across these two:

http://www.ritani.com/diamonds/round-diamond-1-38-Carat-I-color-GIA-certified/D-1R6JN6
http://www.ritani.com/diamonds/round-diamond-1-53-Carat-I-color-GIA-certified/D-17MP16

For their respective carat sizes, cut, clarity and color, there is nothing on the internet close to that price. Are they super good deals or there's some kind of flaws with these that a GIA report won't tell you?

Thanks for any input.

One is Strong Blue fluorescence and the other is Very Strong Blue. May have something to do with it... especially since there seems to be a bit of a milky appearance especially in the second one. This might not be the case as I'm not an expert but that's my visual impression.

I'd ask if either is over blue.

If they aren't... they could be good values.

I asked the vendor and neither of them are overblue. Buying GIA certified diamonds, sometimes there are small deals here and there, but usually not a discount of a thousand dollars or more for other diamonds of the same GIA specs. The two diamonds above are in fact at least $2,000 cheaper than others with the same carat, cut, clarity. Since the diamonds are 'I' colored, the fluorescence would have a minimal impact on their prices.
