The band compliments your ring perfectly and I think the set is timeless. Don't worry about size, you have plenty of time!

I think the set looks lovely. Good choice!

I just wanted to add ... I think it is the cut quality that you are associating with clarity. You like your T&CO diamond better because they are better cut than your earrings. Nothing to do with VS versus VVS unless you are seeing a visible inclusion in the VS which is unlikely.
