What to do with a pink diamond heart?

I recently bought this little natural pink diamond heart that I wanted to make into a pendant, but wasn't too excited with what I had seen regarding heart pendants and wasn't sure it would really show up in a pendant as it is a "light pink". But it is a very pretty soft blush pink and I know it will darken a bit with a rose gold cup under it. Measuring 5.64 x 5.86 it's a decent size,too. So I thought of making it into a three stone ring instead, as I have a matched pair of fancy light pink brilliants. BUT, I was wandering through the internet this morning and stumbled upon this pink diamond pendant, and OMG- I am in LOVE!!!!!! I think using this as inspiration and doing a scaled down version (and less expensive!!!!!) would be the perfect pendant for me and my new little pink "love". What do you all think??

I am far from a jewelry design expert, but personally I think you have come across the perfect inspiration piece for your lovely stone! I think it's a beautiful design, and will showcase that sweet diamond so well. It's really a gorgeous look and I love it.

I like the pendant. The design draws the eye to the center stone. I dont really care for the 3 diamond kite set bail. 1 kite
set diamond would be enough for me and maybe it needs milgrain to flow a little better with the pendant.

I thought the same thing about the bail- one kite set diamond would be plenty. good idea about adding the milgrain,too.

What a lovely stone!! I adore your inspiration picture. Blue Nile makes a pretty heart shaped pendant with a garnet in the centre and diamond pave surrounding. It makes me want a pink heart too!!
