What do you think of these Leon settings for EW marquise???

I like the first one a lot. I can really picture your stone set e/w in this setting. SOOO pretty! Jealous!!

I love an EW marquise, one of my favourites.

I think the first is very nice but cannot picture how the second and third would look because the baskets would be changed a lot with a marg.

Dreamer thats the issue i'm having to is that pic 2 and 3 would not have the same design if the marquise were use. Dont know if I would like the setting the same way if it were altered

I like the first one the best and then the second one. I'm not sure how the third one would work with a marquise since
the sides of the shank come up to meet the basket.

Septsparkle your right it appears to be a unanimous vote I really do love the first setting as well and I think that would be the best choice for a marquise.

Now if Leons quote comes within my budget I will be one happy camper

Well I spoke to Leon, he was very nice and helpful in answering my questions. but based on my conversation I have decided not to get this particular EW setting. Although he was not opposed to doing the project and said he would if I really wanted to but he brought up a very good point that the setting is meant to showcase a large diamond, and the one I picked out is only a 1 carat


So my upgrade journey continues

Hang in there. (easier said then done, I know) My upgrade journey has not been as fun as I expected. Actually, after getting past the stone, it hasn't been much fun at all so I can 100% relate to how you feel right now. Keep searching, you'll find something.

All of them would be lovely. But I like the second one. YUM!
