What constitutes an EGL Ideal Plus Cut?

I was just curious what dimensions were required for an EGL Ideal Plus cut? Thank you.

I think it is the Tolkowsky proportions that EGL use to assess their Ideal Cuts, if you look under knowledge at the top of the page or do a search this should help you.

Whoops didn't see the ideal plus - I think some other forum members might be able to help you with this one or again try a search.
