Wedding Bands to fit fflush around engagement rings

Hello..

I cant remember where I saw it but I thought I saw something on here where someone would make wedding bands to fit around your engagement rings that were oddly shaped, or not shaped so as you could have a band fit flush against it. I thought I saw one with diamonds on the sides and the center portion that went under the diamond center stone was gold or plat.

Anyone know what I mean?
