Vatche x-prong band width vs. Lucida band width

I am considering getting the Vatche x-prong because my girlfriend likes the Tiffany Lucida setting. I understand that the band width of the Vatche x-prong is about 2.7 mm under the finger and about 4 mm at the top next to the diamond. Does anybody know whether the band width of the Tiffany Lucida engagement ring is about the same? My girlfriend likes slightly thicker band width, but I''m not sure about as much as 4 mm. I tried searching the forum, but couldn''t find any width information on the Tiffany Lucida.
