I am looking to buy a diamond and wanted to get input from the community on a specific stone. I dont know much about diamonds, and was wondering if there is anything in this particular diamond that could be troublesome in the long run. Also, should I be worried about the feather in this diamond?

I'm no expert but punching it into the HCA, it's scoring high. 1.6 TIC, excellent light return, excellent fire, and excellent scintillation.
The spread rates very good. I've read that 1 ct stones should be close to 6.5mm in diameter.

Maybe this reply will get some more eyes on your post.
Good luck with your search!

Is it possible that you would be able to get an Idealscope image? Or at least an ASET image?

With the info you have, we can tell you very little about the stone. It has the possibility to be a strong performer, but the GIA certificate is not enough to say this with any level of certainty.
