Suggestions for similar settings

Hi, I am looking to buy a ring for a friend and she wants a yellow gold ring with some diamonds to the band and a twisty element. It'll have a well cut 0.7-0.8ct round diamond set into it.

She likes this one but I'm wondering what alternatives are out there. I've had a look around but not found much. I'm also struggling because this isn't my style.

I'm only interested in buying from a PS recommended company that takes international credit cards and I'd like to buy the diamond and ring setting from the same place for simplicity. Who stocks Gabriel rings and has a decent inventory of diamonds?

The Ritani that Niel posted seems to use the elements she likes in what might be a more timeless design... you could ask if it's available in yellow gold.

Her, but its a surprise and that's one she said she liked in passing some time ago. And as I want to get the center stone and setting at the same place- it it would be nice to have some alternative vendors to shop from.

By struggling I meant its not the sort of style I'd normally notice so I don't know where to find similar ones.

Probably as she said she had to use an international card I the first post.

Have you asked james allen? How about WF sense they sell that ritani.

IDJ sells Gabriel settings and they have large inventory. You have to check with them whether they take international credit cards. I'd say the usual way is international wire transfer but contact them.

Just a FYI, I originally had my diamond set in this setting (but in platinum) and I didn't like it. It's a personal preference. The diamond is set very high, making it flop forward when it's on the finger. It also got in the way when I was doing things like putting my hands into my pocket. Also, I thought that the pave was very scratchy in between my fingers.

I think that the other options suggested are probably safer bets.
