My fiance recently purchased the Tacori setting 3 weeks ago.  Because of their ongoing customer service issues that I had deal with on the wedding band I was going to purchased from them for my fiance, we decided to take our business elsewhere and asked for a refund.  The manager at the store called and said that because Tacori is a special order, we might be able to get our full refund back.  Is that true?  I thought Robbins Bros has a 30 day satisfaction guarantee policy?  Also attached with the receipt there is a special order form that says "Custom Orders must be paid for in advance and are non-returnable, allow 6-8 weeks for some items."  Are we able to cancel this transaction since it''s been only three weeks?  Please help.
