Ring my grandmother gave me

Here's a photo of the ring my grandmother gave me (as promised). The ring is at least 24 years old, but I'm not sure the exact age. My ring size is a 9.

I don't have much as far as specs other than the following info provided by the appraiser:
TCW: .55
Setting: white gold (14 K)
Color: E-F
Clarity: SI2- I1
Cut: Good
