It is an unanswered question in my mind at present.
The patent seems to be almost through, and there are some commercial decisions - like - it is a free service - but the patent has cost me $50k plus a lot of work. If I do revise it there will be a softening of leaky stones so maybe up to some HCA 3.0 scores could become ideal (based on stereoscopic vision as opposed to the original single eye view point.)
