resetting current ring

Hi I am new to this thread and I have ???! I am really interested in resetting my current ring, it is a .52 round center diamond and I have 30 "small" diamonds that I want to get set into a pave/bazel setting. I live in the philadelphia area and wondering if someone has dealt w/ a jeweler on jewerlers row that does custom work and if it is worth it to get these small diamonds reset.they are loose and of sentimental value. I don''t want to spend a fortune but really want to reset! Also if anyone has pics that would be great. Thanks for any help.

one of my goals in resetting my ring is to make the center diamond look larger, if anyone has and ideas on settings that do this I would love to hear about them or see pics. Thanks alot!
