Without photos there is not enough information. Any girdle thickness info? If that is your budget it might be difficult to find a well cut PR stone. But if you like the way this one looks it could be the right one for you. But I am no professional. Maybe the bump will bring other responses.

Do you know which EGL lab graded this diamond?  If you like the stone, then make the sale final on it checking out with an independant appraiser, here is a tool you can use to find one in your area.

As to the diamond there isn''t much we can say without pics or ASET.  I would recommend you check the diamond out away from the store lights if you can to make sure you like it in more '' everyday'' lighting where the diamond will be worn.
