Are the prices listed the lowest possible, or can they be negotiated, or can I find lower prices elsewhere?

Looking to get custom 3-prong martini earrings. Still thinking about the size!

You can sometimes negotiate a little, but the PS internet vendors are working on such small margins there isn't too much room to negotiate. However, you can possibly get the setting price lowered or the diamond prices down a touch (but for matching stones I'm not sure it would be possible).
