From personal experience in the past couple weeks, I''ve encountered some great (and some disinterested) customer service.
My $.02: I had excellent, seemingly honest customer service from Jeff Skelpsa@Union Diamond, Mike from McGivern (overnight diamond), and Sue from American Diamond.
Just beware the EGL-Europe certs....take 1-2 colors off, questionably 1 off clarity (idealrocks, correct me if you think otherwise). Bottom line, you tend to get what you pay for.
I ended up going with BlueNile (which had excellent customer service also). But I wanted to give accolade to the other guys mentioned.
Bragging time: gots me a 1.65 E, Clean SI2, Premium cut GIA. My GF hasn''t seen it yet..think she''ll have any idea how much research I''ve put into it?
