Pave prongs/diamonds on prongs

Has anyone seen a regual "Tiffany" style band with pave on the prongs? I want something simple, but love the loong of the pave prongs. My frined in Switzerland is here and has hers like this. Does anyone know of anyone who could do this??? If there are not any of these around?

I''ve seen a Michael b ring that just had the pave on the prongs. I''ll see if I can hunt down the pic. I''m sure that just about any good custom jeweler could make it though..

Ritani makes a bunch of rings with pave on the prongs and since they do everything custom I am SURE they would accomodate you without a problem. They might even already make a ring like that.
