Why or why not is it necessary/advisable to have the center stone the same color and cut as the band''s stones? We are looking at something like the Ritani Endless Love setting, and might do it custom. Wondering about the pluses/minuses for the consistency with center stone and the micro-paved stones surrounding the center and on the band.

Is it good enough to have them in the same range (ie g-j) or should all stones be the same color?
