Opinion on dealer & princess diamond

Folks,

As with most of the posts here, I am close to buying one and would like an initial opinion from the experts here on (i) the diamond and (ii) the dealer before getting it appraised etc. (likely by David!)

Dealer: Barsky Diamonds, Philly, PA

Diamond: 1.08 ct Princess (GIA says "square modified brilliant")
F, VVS2, VG/VG, Depth 68.6%, Table 76%
5.84 x 5.57 x 3.82
Thin to Thick Girdle
Medium blue fluoresence
no culet

they'll set it in a platinum vatch-like setting for a total of $5100.

Any thoughts, comments much appreciated!
