Here is the info on an Emerald Cut stone I have currently evaluating, I have the stone and am pleased with it''s looks but it is hard to evaluate in a vacum.

The price is $4799/crt or $5375 total...So the question is can anyone suggest a better stone in this price range or cheaper? I want to say D-E-F-G in color and no less than VS2 in clarity. Also I like stones between 1.38/1 and 1.5/1 length widith....ANy thoughts would be great, THANKS!!

The price is nice, and the proportions seems very honnest !
Of course, you can find a lower color and clarity for cheaper.
