Newbie seeking advice on a diamond

Hi guys,

I am interested in getting this 1.65 carat diamond for an engagement ring and I would really appreciate any advice offered. As far as I can tell with my newbie eyes, it looks nice and I can't see any inclusions with my naked eyes.

Comments: Additional clouds are not shown. Pinpoints are not shown. <---What's this mean and is this a real concern??

The price at the B&M store is $16,450 which looks to be in the range on Blue Nile and James Allen. Do you guys think this is a good deal? Sorry I don't have pictures of it. Is there any information I should ask for when I go back to the shop? I'm open to any additional advice. Thanks so much!!

I just did a search from Price Scope and came up with the same diamond here:

I'm not sure what to think of this…so multiple places sell the same diamond? And its cheaper at the above website…does it look good from the specs and should I negotiate at the B&M jeweler with the above website?
