Need some help deciding on a princess cut

I have narrowed my search down to two diamonds at this point. I am looking for something around 1 ct and I think I found it. I want to get the best stone for my money. The difference between the two is about $250 more for the 1.05 ct. The first diamond is from whiteflash and has the "a cut above" stuff on there. Not sure if its should make a difference because both are AGS000 Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think I like the ASET of the 2nd diamond a little bit better, although I believe that you aren't supposed to rely too much on the ASET that gets printed on the cert. ACA (A Cut Above) is just the Whiteflash brand. It can be a good thing, but doesn't necessarily make it better.
