Looking for tiffany style tapered solitaire setting

I know Brian gavin has one as well as Scaasi Dimend in Chicago. These are both in 800$ range, did any of you see these a little cheaper in 14k gold ?

I'd love to see it tapered so my small stone ( about 0.5 - 0.6 ) will be nicely exposed
I love the triangle cutouts in Brian Gavin half round desing - is there anything close to it at a lower price ?

I was looking at these James Allen designs as well and I dont like the fact of additional basket holding the diamond,i'd love to see the diamond from the side as well a little,between the prongs
