Looking for. RB 1.8-2 Carat loose diamond..with 18k budget

First of all.

Thank you so much for reading this post.. I am just glad that I found this forum before I purchased a ring from Jared.

I am looking for loose diamond that is around RB 1.8-2 carat, and my budget is 18k-20k for the diamond only.

Preferably from James Allen because they offer 0 APR for 6 months and I found perfect setting.

Hi OP, with your budget I'd seriously consider calling Wink at High Performance Diamonds. He told me about a 2 Ct J color Crafted by Infinity that should be available for sale in August.

The one you selected looks nice but I couldn't see the grading report. Usually I see Excellent cut or Ideal cut when they are sifted through the JA inventory, this one doesn't. Maybe it's new to the inventory?

What color/clarity range are you looking for? Are you ok with inclusions as long as it's eye clean?

I personally would not get an IGI certed diamond as their grading is much more lax than GIA or AGS. If you are new to diamond buying, stick to GIA and AGS certed diamonds.

If you're willing to go down to I color and save some $$, this diamond looks gorgeous and is an AGS-0, VS1 and completely eye clean

yes, that looks like a great choice. Ask customer service to put it on hold and for an Ideal Scope. Choose two more, you get 3 Ideal scope requests.

I would also recommend Wink at High Performance Diamonds. He helped me find a gorgeous diamond which I'm in the process of purchasing. He's very knowledgeable and patient with "newbies" like myself.
