Looking for a Kwiat Style Setting

Hey all, I was hoping someone could point me in the direction of a vendor who sells something similar to this:

I contacted them to see if they sold the setting separately and they don't and I am also looking for it in white gold. If anyone could help I'd greatly appreciate it and I think the future recipient would appreciate it even more! Thanks!

I LOVE the Kwiat designs. I originally wanted this until I found out that ovals are super hard to fine.
I felt that the design was too hard to replicate so we went in a different direction....
